How consulting works

For organisations

Every engagement is tailored. This is a typical structure, but the actual sequence and cadence adjust to your organisation, priorities and what's needed.

  1. 0130 minutes · free

    Discovery call

    A relaxed conversation to understand your context, goals and any urgent challenges.

    What happens after

    You receive a short written recap and suggested shape of engagement within 5 working days.

  2. 021–2 weeks

    Scoping & proposal

    A deeper session with key stakeholders to map outcomes, audiences and success measures.

    What happens after

    You receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and investment.

  3. 032–4 weeks

    Design & co-creation

    I design training, strategy, ERG frameworks, facilitated sessions and more - tailored to your organisation and reviewed with you at key milestones.

    What happens after

    You approve materials and delivery plan before anything is finalised.

  4. 04Ongoing · in person or remote

    Delivery

    Workshops, training, facilitation, audits or strategic advisory - delivered across the UK and internationally.

    What happens after

    You receive session recordings (where relevant), materials and a delivery summary.

  5. 054–8 weeks post-delivery

    Impact review

    A follow-up session to review what shifted, gather feedback and shape next steps. (optional)

    You receive recommendations for next steps for embedding change.

How coaching works

For individuals & leaders
  1. 0130 minutes · free

    Chemistry call

    A no-pressure conversation to explore what you'd like to work on and whether we're the right fit.

    What happens after

    You receive a short email with a suggested coaching package - no obligation to continue.

  2. 0290 minutes · week 1

    Foundation session

    A deeper first session to clarify your goals, values, current reality and what success looks like for you.

    What happens after

    You leave with a written coaching focus, agreed cadence, and any reflection prompts for next time.

  3. 0360 minutes · every 2–3 weeks

    Coaching sessions

    Typically a 6-session package over 3–4 months. Confidential, human-centred, ICF-accredited coaching held by video call.

    What happens after

    You receive light notes or prompts between sessions and email support for reflections.

  4. 04After session 3

    Mid-point check-in

    We pause to review progress against your goals and adjust focus if anything has shifted.

    What happens after

    You receive a short recap of shifts, wins and refined focus for the remaining sessions.

  5. 05Final session · month 4

    Close & next steps

    A reflective closing session to name your progress, embed the changes and choose what's next.

    What happens after

    You receive a closing summary, and can choose to continue with a top-up package or pause.
