My story

I've always noticed people -the quiet, the overlooked, the ones carrying things silently. Long before I had the language for inclusion or coaching, I supported, advocated or simply sat beside someone so they didn't feel alone. That instinct wasn't taught - it was lived.

Living with an invisible degenerative disability called Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease 4C shaped how I see people, the world and how I show up. My faith has always been my compass guiding me to choose compassion, courage and humanity, even when it's hard. I know what it feels like to be judged, questioned and underestimated, and how powerful it is when people feel seen, heard and accepted for who they are.

My lived experience gave me empathy and purpose.
My corporate experience gave me insight.
My coaching training gave me rigour.
Together, they shaped who I am today.

Across a decade in investment banking, manufacturing, pharma and consumer healthcare, I built disability Employee Resource Groups, raised awareness of invisible disabilities and advocated for change. In 2021 stepped into my first global Inclusion & Belonging Manager role - shaping culture, strategy and leadership capability.

In 2026, I turned a long-held dream into reality and  started my own business - bringing together my two core passions: disability inclusion and coaching. After years of working in culture, leadership and inclusion, I wanted to create a space where both individuals and organisations could grow with intention.

Today, I partner with organisations to strengthen their disability inclusion work, and I coach individuals who want to navigate change, build confidence or reconnect with who they are. Both sides of my work are grounded in the same belief: when people feel seen, supported and understood, they thrive.

What I believe about inclusion

I believe that when we include disabled people, we create spaces that work better for everyone now and as we age. My approach is practical, human and grounded in real experience.

What I believe about coaching

I believe people don't need fixing - they need space to hear themselves, trust themselves and choose what's right for them. My coaching helps people reconnect with their strengths and values so they can lead and live with clarity and confidence.

INCLUSION. DISABILITY. DONE WITH INTENTION.

"I've walked the path of exclusion. Now I build paths that welcome everyone - where disabled people feel seen and heard, leaders feel confident, teams feel human, and individuals have the confidence to thrive."
